Mom’s Farm Products

All sales are final, no returns of CBD products. If you have an issue please reach out to pam@moms-farm.com and we will do our best to make it right.

Is it Legal?

All CBD products displayed for sale by Mom’s Farm are hemp plants which contain less than 0.3% THC, and are federally legal in the U.S. Mom’s Farm is not responsible for any legal charges that may come as a result of local or State laws. It is the buyer’s responsibility to determine if any transaction with Mom’s Farm and its affiliates is in violation of local regulations or laws.

Will it get me high?

The concentration of THC is very low and herbs are added. It is common to feel relaxed and good, but there is not enough THC to produce a high or disoriented feeling. We are not opposed to higher THC products, but that is not this. CBD flower has many of the same cannabinoids and terpenes that are in THC and can positively impact your health without the high.

Is it Organic?

We use all organic practices in growing our hemp and in controlling pests and weeds. Any additional herbs are wildcrafted on our farm or purchased from organic sources. We will be seeking organic certification when we are able to do so. 

Why is the CBD freeze dried?

This allows us to deliver you the freshest smokable product while also preventing dust, mold, and pest damage in the curing process. Traditionally dried and cured hemp flower is cut as a whole plant and hung to dry for at least a week. Depending on weather conditions during harvest and dry the plant can collect dust on its sticky flowers, grow mold, and if there are any pests they live on and continue to do damage. Then the hemp flower is bucked off the plant, often in large machines that lose valuable trichomes and terpenes. The bucked flowers are binned and stored to cure, during this time careful monitoring must be done to prevent mold and catch pests that could still be alive. There is a lot of room for problems and the product is degrading the entire time. 
With Freeze dried CBD flower-we wet trim the leaves in the field and harvest flowers directly into Freezer bags and immediately put into a freezer for best storage. When we are ready to make a batch, we take the frozen bud and freeze dry in small batches. The flower is then ready to be made into the freshest, cleanest, most potent product we can make. Freeze drying also prolongs shelf life.

Can I get it internationally?

No. We will only ship within the United States.

If there is a print error or visible quality issue, we'll replace or refund it. For any quality issues, be sure to provide clear photos of the products on a flat, well-lit surface. This quick and simple step will help us to provide a speedy resolution.

Because products are made to order, we do not accept general returns or sizing-related returns.

Cancellations

All of our products are made to order especially for you. If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please use the link provided in your confirmation email. You can edit your order at any time before it goes to production

Once your order has gone to production, you may be eligible for a replacement/resolution depending on the situation. After you’ve received your order, you have 30 days to address any quality issues.

Damaged/Quality Issues

For the fastest resolution, please include a photograph demonstrating the quality issue of the print or the damaged area of the item. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed.

Refunds policy

PayPal: Any refunds processed will show back up in your Paypal account balance within 24 business hours.

Credit Card: Any refunds processed via your credit/debit card will show back up in your bank account within 7 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
